Enhancing the employability of 1000 for taking up short term training & 800 completing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) disadvantaged and “Migrants’ Workers” through skill training in Odisha and North East state's in india.

The target group is the work force which has had no formal vocational or any sort of training earlier and thus are unaware of the mistakes which it commits repeatedly while at work.
Training Program from RPL-II
The survey carried out of the work force at each proposed RPL site brought out the fact that the workers were interested in both certification and a short on the Job Training course.
Environmental Awareness
Pollution arises due to population explosion, rapid growth of deforestation and industrialization. Looking at the urgency and essentiality of the situation, Sai Amrit Employability Skill Trust has been putting its best efforts to organize .
Education Program
Sai Amrit Employability Skill Trust arranged a vocational training program for the rural unemployed youth of Ender GP of Ulunda block to provide ways towards alternative income sources.Young men and women enrolled skill improvement programs
About Saest
Project Implementation Strategy:
In 1st Phase, SAEST will cover formation of core team, Orientation and training, design of course curriculum and pedagogy, area study and selection of training partners.In 2nd phase, SAEST will focus on organizing quality trainings to selected migrants worker on skill development by using local resources.
