Training

The training program aims to up-skill the existing construction work force to meet global skill benchmark, which in return will increase quality and productivity of work. The skill training is provided in Assistant Mason and Mason General. The Training started in 1st March 2021, since then, under this target allocation, Sai Amrit Employability Skill Trust is continuously working towards upgrading the skills, necessary trainings and creating a working environment with an aim to not only enhance their professional capabilities, but also toimprove the quality of life of construction workers. The trainings have also led to reduction of wastage of material and a distinct improvement in the quality of work. The programme also includes soft skills training, health and sanitation awareness, aspects of workers safety etc. The assessment is carried out by the Sector Skill Council (SSC).
