Ananta Charan Behera, Son of Duridhan Behera belongs to a BPL family. His family consists of 6 members. Heworks at a construction site from past 2 years and supports his family with meagre money.He heard about this PMKVY programme through other workers on site. So, he thought he should attend this training programme. Earlier it was not possible for him to attend 8-hour class asbeing daily wages worker, his contractor was not allowing him to do so. He submitted the documents to senior on site and was excited for the training. He was very attentive during the training classes. After training he became so confident about the work that his co-workers were also motivated to take admissions in the class. He got the certificate after clearing the assessment. He wants to workwith some big companies and want to get promoted as supervisor.

He said, “With the help of the certificate, my daily wages will Increase, as I am now skilledworker. I am also planning to move overseas. The overseas company will definitely select meas I have the government recognised certificate with me”.PMKVY RPL- Type –II , training has gave me a good path to grow.
